The term ‘Xochimilco’ (pronounced so-chee-milco) comes from the Aztec language Nahualt and means "place of flowers." Xochimilco is a place where things were dreamed and made. Here, we dreamed and made a small restaurant offering some of Mexico’s most authentic dishes and drinks. So please, try, and see for yourself.
